Geneva Corporation, headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, was founded by F. James Becher, Jr. in 1979, to acquire select value-added distribution companies. Since its inception, Geneva has acquired over 30 businesses. These distribution companies have represented manufacturers, including Kohler Power Systems, GE Jenbacher, Allison transmissions, MTU, Detroit Diesel engines, Ditch Witch, John Deere and Pella.
